Shipping Information

We ships all packages via USPS or UPS (note: all international orders are shipped via USPS). Please note that we are subject to the shipping company's liability policies. For example, we are not responsible for delays due to weather. If your order is of high value, signature required may be put on the package.

 

When your order is shipping, your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed. USPS, UPS Ground, and UPS 3 Day service is not guaranteed. Times for these services are an estimate only.

 

How do I get free shipping on my order?

If your order qualifies, a Free Shipping option will appear in the our menu on the check out screen.

 

What qualifies for free shipping?

If an item is priced at $99 or more (excluding taxes and shipping charges), that item qualifies for free shipping.

 

If the total price of your order is $99 or more (excluding taxes and shipping charges), your order qualifies for free shipping.

 

Items will be shipped using UPS or USPS at our discretion.   

 

International Shipping Information

We use the US Postal Service for international deliveries. Please note some countries have shipping restrictions.

 

USPS Express Mail International - Express Mail is delivered between 6-10 business days depending on the country. Express Mail provides a tracking number and insurance against lost and damaged items.

 

USPS Priority Mail International - Priority Mail is delivered between 8-12 business days depending on the country. Priority Mail provides a tracking number and is the most affordable international shipping option.

 

Please be advised: The duties and taxes associated with importing and clearing your package through customs are not included in the shipping costs charged during the checkout process.  These costs are incurred when the Parcel Carrier clears the products through customs on your behalf. You will be required to reimburse the Parcel Carrier for these costs at the time of delivery.  Although we are confident our Parcel Carrier partners understand the importation requirements in all the countries where they operate, government agency actions and decisions may results in shipping delays. We are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of these actions or decisions.
